“Hi I was called and the trip was cancelled and rescheduled for the Friday. On the Friday after I followed up, it was cancelled again, and I have not seen my R 4000 refund. It was cancelled due to weather conditions however on the same day of the cancellation I was able to spend the entire day on a catamaran with no issues. Please respond with regards to my refund.”
